Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! I’m based in Houston, Texas, but I’m happy to travel. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and accommodations needed.

How do I officially book you for my wedding date?

A signed contract and a $200 deposit are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding.

What is the difference between the 6-Month Planning and 1-Month Coordination packages?

The Faithful Collection (6-Month Planning) includes hands-on guidance, vendor communication, décor support, planning check-ins, and full structure for the final six months.
The Graceful Month (1-Month Coordination) is for couples who planned most things already and simply need help pulling everything together and managing the wedding day.

Do you help with décor setup?

Yes! Both packages include décor setup for personal items such as signage, table décor, place cards, favors, and small styling details. Larger installations may require an add-on or separate vendor.

Are rehearsal dinners included?

Rehearsal direction is available as an add-on. Some couples choose to add this for peace of mind the day before. But we can always fit a rehearsal into the wedding day. 

Will you communicate with all vendors?

Yes. I take over vendor communication:

6 months before for the Faithful Collection
30 days before for the Graceful Month
This ensures everyone is on the same page, and you don’t have to manage inbox stress.

Do you create the wedding day timeline?

Absolutely. I create a custom, detailed timeline for you, your vendors, bridal party, and family. This helps everything stay peaceful, structured, and beautifully organized.

Do you manage the ceremony and reception?

Yes. I direct the ceremony, cue the bridal party, handle transitions, manage vendors, and ensure your reception flows smoothly.

Do you handle cleanup or breakdown?

I handle the packing of personal décor items (signs, guest book, favors, photos, etc.). Venue or vendor breakdown may vary depending on their policies.
